This is such a wonderful read. But sometimes there are situations in our lives where we do not consider ourselves capable of saving our life and taking efforts everyday without seeing results gets really difficult.
I myself have been in such situations and I trick myself into making small habits for 21 days. For example I made a pact with myself for exercising everyday for 21 days without getting affected by whether or not I see visible results. After the time frame was complete, it was already a part of my routine and I definitely felt stronger while doing exercises.
Habit always beats motivation. In the case you want to change your life look at your daily habits and make changes in them.
